No.1 Harbourside serves up some of Bristol’s best burgers, brunch and cocktails with a beautiful harbourside view! A truly independent gem in the city centre, the heart of Bristol.
Not only are our burgers some of the best, we take care to make sure they are some of the most sustainably sourced burgers in Bristol too. Working with local butchers and producers, means we can source seasonally and sustainably, keeping people, planet and profit in mind! With a great range of vegan and veggie options, there are burgers for everyone!
Generous brunches are served at the weekend. Choose from our classic Full English or our tasty Full Vegan, everyone is invited.
And not forgetting drinks! With local breweries front and centre, we take pride in working with the Bristol beer scene. Our team have come up with a wonderful range of cocktails, suited to the season.
Each year since opening we have been awarded the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s highest rating of three stars for our support of local and ethical suppliers. And our use of sustainable energy resources and our socially responsible commitment to the people around us. You can read all about our sustainable practices here.
Championing Bristol
We point to all the good things about Bristol and its bio-region. The arts, local music, craft breweries, boats, farms and independent businesses of all kinds. One of our favourites is Cycle The City who offer bike hire and tours around Bristol. They started life right here, in No.1 Harbourside with all the bikes sitting outside before setting up in a shipping container behind the Watershed Cinema. Our bikes are beautiful and great fun to ride – built by a local company called Temple Cycles.
To learn more about us, we highly recommend a visit. Sip pints in the sun in the summertime, or hunker down in our cosy venue with warm food and drinks in the winter. A friendly welcome always awaits.
